I would rate three of them 9.9. The fourth is a 9 becuase it has minor rash on the edge and a minor chip as shown in pictures (and video) Both spots were touched up with semi-gloss black spray paint.
The wheels were wiped down with wd40 and didn't fully evaporate before pictures were taken, thus the shiney spots.
